Symptoms
In the Guarantee Issuance screen If FFT description is not passed getting charge default error

Charge default failed - null
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a Guarantee Issuance process
2. In the scrutiny stage do not pass the FFT details
3. Verify whether the charge simulation is successful.
