Symptoms

While trying to  save import bills under Letter of Credit  contract , system aborts with error code BC-SWIFT09 BC-VALS-564 without any error descriptions.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the screen BCDTRONL .

2. Input the details and try to Save Import bills under LC contract.

3. Errors BC-SWIFT09 BC-VALS-564 thrown without description.

Due to this issue, users cannot able to identify the failure and take corrective measures.
