_ARC Table Not Getting Updated And Mandatory Fields Are Not Populated For Alerts In UI (Doc ID 2823733.1)

Symptoms

 

 OFSBD Version : 8.0.*

we are implementing Behavior Detection Applications Pack 8.0.8 version in which we completed bdf , scenario and post processing batch , alerts got generated and able to see in UI.
But in alert details section many tabs like Account tab, Customer tab are not populated with entries.

And we see the arc tables like cust_arc, acct_arc have not loaded with data.

Changes

 

Batch ended before hdc task Completion.
