Symptoms
When attempting to login and load Dashboard
the following error occurs.

"Oops something went wrong , page will reload "
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create User user by bank Admin
2. Try to login with New User
3. Error is recieved
