ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Consolidated Interest Accrual Entry Passed for the RFR Methods Payment Delay and Lockout

Bank have observed that the system is passing a consolidated accrual entry at the end of the schedule for the Plain, Lockout and the Payment Delay methods. This entry is over and above the normal daily accrual entries which the system passes.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Consolidated Accrual entry posted by system is incorrect

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a DV contract. define the schedule.
2. Execute few EOD's and verify if the accrual entry is posted correctly.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accrual amount posted by the system is incorrect.
