ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

        SGEN exchange rate not updated after settlement account is modified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
=================
        SGEN exchange rate should be populated based on the updated
settlement account .
    
SIMULATION STEPS :
=================
1.Create a BC in fcy  , save and authorize.
2. Unlock the contract , go to settlements subsystem and modify the account
for BILL_LIQ_AMTEQ- choose lcl_ccy account.
3.Save and authorize.
4.Run EOD to fire SGEN.
5.SGEN fired with exchange rate based on old settlement account currency (i.e
exchange rate populated as 1).
6.Because of this liquidation also uses SGEN exchange rate , thus BC
liquidated with exchange rate 1.
