ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Operation code was not allowed to modify.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to modify the operation code.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the operation code of Advice of Stand by LC
2. System displays the error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the operation code.
