ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT 768 did not get generated with tag 32,57 and 71.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the Charge from Beneficiary details are provided, system should generate the tags 32,57 and 71
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend the Advice of Gurantee contract
2. Include the charge from beneficiary.
3. Save the Amendment
4. View the MT 768 message.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect swift message is being generated.
