Goal

Client is requesting an FMR path for the RC-L and HC-L schedules for the MDRMs . Currently, these are mapped using via the General Ledger for Client. Instrument data is unavailable for these lines as we use statistical accounts for mapping in these schedules so GL mappings will have to be leveraged.

Client to ensure there is no data flowing via instrument path once GL path is enabled.
