Goal

Logic includes the Interest Payable from reporting on the following lines:
HC-H: BHCK3298
RC-M: 5a, 5b

Client has clarified that Interest Payable (ACCRUED INTEREST should not be considered on these lines because it is considered as Other Liabilities and reported in RC-G.
