ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View Correspondence option is missing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
View Correspondence button should get enabled when the user logs into the screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add correspondence
2. Click on refresh button on Correspondence/Documents grid
3. Generate correspondence button should be visible after adding the correspondence.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Users unable to view the correspondence letters from the screen
