On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

Bill Payment History is not working when user click on Payment History it is showing an error.

Could not find error message


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login with retail/corp user
2. go to bill payment history
3. system will show error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check bill payment history.
