ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OL-AFEELIQ-BASE-DEV Future dated FELR didn't generate debit advice when executed in EOD


STEPS:
1. The FELR event view in advice tab which accessed through the LFDACFIN for that fee contract CATCT09190790003 and No row found in the Advices tab for FELR event that got executed in EOD for auto liquidated FELR.
2. FELR event which got executed manually for current date while inputting the fee do generate the LD DR ADV but not this auto liquidated FELRs

Changes

 Added code for generating advices for FELR, FLIQ, FEENOTC events.
