OBTFPM - SLA Dashboard - Maintenance (Doc ID 2825353.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SLA Maintenance is done but couldn't find anything on the SLA Dashboards.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show the SLA count if there is any breach.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do the SLA maintenance
2. Verify whether SLA count is visible. 


Changes

 Please verify whether the maintenance was done properly 

1. Check Plato properties table.
1.1. select * from properties where application = 'plato-orch-service' and key = 'plato.cmc.default.brn';-- Proper branch is maintained
1.2. select * from properties where application = 'plato-orch-service' and key = 'plato.cmc.default.user'; -- Valid user is maintained
1.3. select * from properties where application like '%plato-or%' and key like '%plato.orchestrator.enableSLA%' -- if enableSla is set to true or not?

2. Check if currency and branch holiday maintenance is done in the following tables.
cmc_tm_local_holiday, cmc_tm_local_holiday_master, cmc_tw_currency_holiday_master, cmc_tw_currency_holiday, cmc_tm_currency_holiday_master, cmc_tm_currency_holiday

3. check if branch timings are maintained,
select * from cmc_tm_brn_workhours_master;
select * from cmc_tm_brn_workhours_det;

(NOTE: The WF_SEQ signifies different start time, end time combinations. For eg if the bank operates 9 to 5 through the week then generate 5 records Monday-Friday with the seq 1,2,3,4,5.

if the bank operates 11 to 12, 3-5 on Monday, 9-5 through the remaining days of the week, then have 2 records for Monday. 11- 12 with sequence 11, 3-5 with sequence 12, 9-5 for Tuesday with seq 21, 9-5 for Wednesday with sequence 31, and so on. The sequence can be any number.

START_TIME, END_TIME -- Only different timing will be considered.)

4. After reviewing points 1-3 initiate a task for the process where SLA maintenance is done. Verify whether, for the workflow id, entries are available in workflow_sla, task_sla. if not, then please send the Plato orch logs.

NOTE:  Kindly give different timings for each priority For eg 2 min for breach, High priority 3 min, and 10 min for Medium priority like that.

If still issue exists after the above maintenance share the Plato orch logs.
