STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate maker.
2. Navigate to Payments > Setups > Repeat Transfers > Set Repeat Transfer.
3. Input details. Select Start Transferring date. (eg: 15-Nov-2021)
4. Now select Stop Transferring (on). Notice the tool tip. It displays Enter a date on or after 15 Nov 2021.
5. When you select the date (15-Nov-2021) for the Stop Transferring field, error is displayed.
6. It displays error "Date must be on or later than 15 Nov 2021"
