Sales Tax Dues are paid , still account details summary screen not reflecting the sales tax payment (Doc ID 2826246.1)

Sales tax balance type in the balances screen shows sales tax has been paid 15.16(3.79 * 4). But in the Account details summary screen sales tax dues section shows as payment is due.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Sales tax dues section in account summary should reflect the balances in balance screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account with sales tax due for last 4 months
2. Post a payment to settle the sales tax dues
3. Check whether the sales tax dues are updates accordingly and also check the sales tax balance in the balances screen
4. Check payment allocation details
