ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Ok button is not visible on transaction approval confirmation screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ok button should be visible on transaction approval confirmation screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via maker. Create Virtual Account.
2. Login via approver. Approve the Virtual account.
3. On Confirmation page Ok button is not displayed.
