ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to create currency holiday for NGN
Treasury needs to create a money market contract for currency NGN (Naira) where maturity date is falling in year 2022.
Unable to save contract because currency holiday table for year 2022 not present at flexcubeis, tried to maintained but found
error ST-UPLD-001.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be allowed to do the ccy maintenance for NGN ccy, and also they should be able to successfully create the MM contract for NGN ccy
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify if ccy holiday maintenance is done for NGN ccy for 2022 financial year.
2. Verify if user is able to successfully create MM contract for NGN ccy with maturity date falling in 2022

Due to this issue, users cannot create the MM contract for NGN ccy
