On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to issue a bank guarantee contract
the following error occurs.
ERROR

UPDATE-03 - Record is un-authorized, modification is not allowed other than maker.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract to be booked.
2. Ensure mismatch in the limit liability linked.
3. Try to book an bank guarantee contract
