Symptoms

On : 7.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
system is not processing the accrual and liquidation for LD contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should process the accrual and liquidation for LD contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. book LD contract with user_defined_status null

2. run eod and check the accrual and exception_log

3. it will have error "CF-ACR-021

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, contract is not accrued and liquidated on time
