Incorrect Status Displayed On Dashboard For Payments In Pending Or Rejected Status (Doc ID 2826582.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is displaying Incorrect transaction status on Dashboard for payments which are in pending or rejected status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display correct transaction status on dashboard.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login via corporate user
2) Go to Payments
3) Initiate a payment with below 2 cases:
  a) With transaction amount more than its available balance for the debit account.
  b) With any transaction amount for the debit account Where the balance of debit account available is now less than the minimum amount limit set in host for payment to be done.

4) So both above transactions are rejected by host . But yet, both are shown as Processed along with the other transactions with success .

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check correct status of transaction on dashboard.

Changes

 No changes done to environment / hardware / account causes this issue.
