ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MM Contracts with -ive Interest component are not shown in screen MMSTRONL
On MM products that allows negative interest rates, if the rate entered is >= 0% the contract is not available on the summary screen (MMSTRONL).
It can only be found through query on the MMDTRONL screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MM contract for which (-)ive interest is allowed, but if (+)ive or Zero(0) interest rate is maintained, it should be possible to query from summary screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a new MM contract (MMDTRONL) and enable flag (Negative Interest Allowed) in Interest sub-screen
2. However specify Positive or Zero Rate
3. Save the Contract
4. Now try to Query it from Summary screen (MMSTRONL)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query such a contract from Summary screen but can see it from Contract Detail screen (MMDTRONL) and thus caused inconvenience in finding such a contract.
