ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying for Personal Loan using Retail Login, on Tracking the Application, the user is unable to see the submitted loan product application
in the application tracker.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see the submitted loan product application in the application tracker.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail User
2. Apply for a Personal Loan - ref no is shown on final screen
3. Go to Track Application - the ref no seen on step 2 is not available.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the submitted personal loan application.
