Symptoms

When attempting to apply for personal loan through origination module,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Critical data constraints were violated, and process could not be completed
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the OBDX netbanking Page
2. Click on Apply for Personal Loan
3. Errors as stated above is seen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply for personal loan through Originations Module.
