Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Charges Details(71A) are not getting populated from interface transactions after patch-set upgrade (14.2.0.5.0).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In case the charges field are passed from Interface , the value should be populated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch FCUBS.
2. Try a bill liquidation and check for the payment generation.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Swift Messages are getting nacked due to field 71A missing.
