Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to view Repeat Transfers on any Retail or corporate User, it is giving "No data to display".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If there are Repeat Transfers available in the system for any user, it should be shown on screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Retail/Corp User
2. Go to Repeat Transfers under Payments --> Setup
3. "No data to display". is shown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see any Repeat Transfers saved by them.
