Different Menu Is Seen When User Continues From Saved Draft Application. (Doc ID 2827138.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Post Login in Retail User, when we track our application in "New Account", on continuing draft application -
a different menu is listed out

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When continuing draft application from "New Account" - it should show the same page where the user left.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Retail User and go to new Application
2. Go to Track your Application
3. Open the Application in Draft
4. A different menyu is listed out where as it should be the actual logged in user's menu.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
Due to this issue, there is no business impact, only look and feel is affected.
