ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Bluetooth option is automatically turned off, whenever the OBDX mobile app is launched.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Bluetooth option should not automatically be turned off, whenever the OBDX mobile app is launched.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Bluetooth in the device.
2. Lunch the OBDX app on the mobile
3. Bluetooth is automatically turnoff after lunch of the application
