Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a Retail User, when performing all transfers related transactions for a Domestic Payee, the Primary CIF is passed instead of linked CIF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For a Retail User, when performing all transfers related transactions for a Domestic Payee, linked CIF should be passed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail User in OBDX
2. Do the transactions on an account which is attached to Linked CIF
3. Error is thrown from Core Banking

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do successful Domestic transfers for accounts attached to linked CIFs.
