Error "Sorry,The Deposit Cannot Be Redeemed At This Time" Due To Penalties/Charges Applied By Default (Doc ID 2827684.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to redeem a TD completely using Full Redemption option,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Sorry, the deposit cannot be redeemed at this time.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail/corp user
2. Redeem a TD by opting for the option Full Redemption
3. Charges is applied before by default because of which it shows ‘Deposit cannot be redeemed at this time’.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeem TD fully.
