ACDOPTN: System Is Updating Negative Running Balance For Sweep Enabled CASA Accounts (Doc ID 2827720.1)

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is updating negative running balance for sweep enabled CASA accounts

Currently system is updating negative running balance for zero balance sweep in enabled accounts attached to some Cover accounts.
Current Sequence of events:
1) debiting the amount from 'zero' balance transaction accounts making the running balance as 'negative'.
2) crediting to third party account
3) debiting from cover account attached to that transaction account
4) crediting the amount to transaction account making the balance as 0 again.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The negative running balance is not accepted  as per the central bank regulation imposed which doesn't allow any negative balance for any savings account other than overdraft accounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a Zero balance account linked to a cover account
2. Perform a DE transaction to debit the Account
3. Verify the Account statement in ACDOPTN

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is seeing a negative running balance
