ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BC- System allows to save the contract even when the limit attached is less than the contract amount


System is allowing to save BC contracts when the line amount attached is less than the Bill amount.




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

system to validate if the line amount attached is less than the contract amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Line of 10,000
2) Create a BC contract by attaching the line
3) Bill amount has to be 8000
4)% contribution field to be entered as 50
5)Save the contract
