On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET


"Unhandled Exception" while manual matching at REDMANMC function

ERROR

-1ORA-00001: unique constraint (PK01_RETB_MATCH_MASTER) violated



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do Manual matching at REDMANMC
2. Verify the Message received

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the Manual Matching

Changes

 Bank has started a Auto recon via Scheduler batch which consumes the Sequence but the sequence is not updated. Same sequence is used for Auto and Manual reconciliation
