On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LC Created through API , unable to modify that LC from FCUBS front end



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LC created with API should have the UDF fields populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a LC product which have madatory UDF
2.Create a LC contract from Webservice with UDF tags sent
3. Verify the Response and the UDF populated for the Contract

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, UDF is not populated correctly even when it was sent in the request
