ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When querying data on CVDUPLMT screen for any reference number, it results in the screen becoming unresponsive for 10-15 mins before showing any results. This happens even if the uploaded reference number had only a single record which was successfully processed.

Querying data on CVDUPLMT screen for any reference number should be faster.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch CVDUPLMT
2. Query any reference number
