When attempting to authorize the loan contract repayment
the following error occurs.

CL-PMTV31 - Please settle the overdue/due liabilities first
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a loan contract for authorizing the repayment
2. Ensure mismatch in the limit line linked.
3. Ensure mismatch in the loan repayment liquidation details.
4. Try to authorize the loan repayment
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the loan repayment and close the branch.
