Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is allowing to close the Customer accounts even though the account has pending cheques for collection.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should the validate the account for clearing cheques before Closure

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. <Upload clearing cheque for the customer account under defer liquidation Clearing Product>
2. <Close the Beneficiary Account>

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can close the Customer account with pending cheques.
