System should consider the utilization as per the current exchange rate.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a LC contract
2. Verify the utilization
3. Perform the Amendment
4. Verify the utilization.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect utilization amount is being reflected.
