Symptoms

While doing Domestic transfer we are getting error "System cannot process the request "

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the retail/corp user
2. Go to payments/transfer money
3. Fill all the details, put the ifsc code and click on verify button
4. On click of verify button it throws the above error.
