ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank is unable to view message in MSDUNARC screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
message should be visible on clicking view message button

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to MSSUNARC screen.
2.Select a message click view message for unarchive

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot retrieve archived message
