Symptoms

Unable to create the adjustment rule in the add expression of details screen, no columns are visible.

Fusionsubsystemservice.log has the following errors:

[ERROR] [WEB] [AMHM] [NA] [QUERYRUNNER] java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "ACTION_ID": invalid identifier
