ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Advice suppress option is not working while unlocking an active FX contract & save
Before liquidation of an active FX contract, if it is unlocked & user suppress the FX_CONFIRM to stop AMND confirmation generation by visiting ADVICE tab & save the contract. In that case system generates AMND confirmation which is not supposed to be generated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

IF Message is suppressed , Message should not be generated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a FX contract which is not liquidated
2. Perform Amendment and select the Suppress as YES for FX_CONFIRM
3. Authorize the contract , uncheck the Generate message option
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can still see the Message generated for AMND
