How to resolve error EXTNEW-001 (Error in New Operation) ?  

The error was occurred with the following steps.

1. Login into FCUBS

2. Click on "Workflow" tab in Main Screen

3. Click on "Pending" queue for the user. It'll list of transactions to be authorized

4. Click on Transaction Reference / Workflow Reference number

5. System throws error EXTNEW-001
