SI Instruction is marked as an Adhoc holiday then the relevant SI is not picked on next working day

If next execution date of SI Instruction is marked as an Adhoc holiday then the relevant SI is not picked on the next working date.

Example :

SI was created on 25th Aug 2021 with Instruction start date as 1st Sep 2021. And later on 31st Aug 2021, 01 Sep 2021 is marked as Adhoc branch holiday. Then application date is moved from 31st Aug 2021 to 2nd Sep 2021. And when SI Job is running on 2nd Sep 2021, SI record with execution date as 1st Sep 2021 is not executed.
