Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OTP is not received after login to provide consent for Accounts in Berlin open banking.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OTP should be received as it is for Payments and Funds Confirmation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create consent for Accounts.
2. Login via the url to provide consent. OTP is not received and user is able to provide consent directly.
