Symptoms
On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET
MT101 showing as processed in MSSINBRW MT101 queue but in MSSPMBRW it is in error status.
When attempting to process incoming MT101 (FCY transfer), the following error occurs.
ERROR

FT-VALS-077: Contract $1 is already Authorized by another user cannot Authorize it again
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fire a MT101 for a FCY transaction.
2. Run the FT SWIFT Upload job.
3. Check the message status.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process MT101 FCY transactions.
