'Create' Button Disappears in the User Management Screen (Doc ID 2830438.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to click on the 'Create' and 'Back' buttons one by one multiple times in the User Management screen, the 'Create' button is getting disappeared.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Create' button should not disappear irrespective of the multiple clicking of the 'Create' and 'Back' buttons continuously.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to the 'User Management' screen
3. Click on 'Create' and 'Back' buttons one by one multiple times
4. Observe that the 'Create' button is getting disappear
