On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

While trying to save transaction on 5555 screen getting below error.

UD-UPLD02 Failed to Upload

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open screen 5555
2. Input the related fields
3. save the txn

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the txn
