Unable to Approve the Migrated Business Assumption Definition (Doc ID 2830624.1)

Symptoms

After migrating the Business Assumption from one environment to another, it fails with "Approval action failed. please check the log for details" error when the user attempts to approve the definition.

Following Errors Observed In LRM.log:
