ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Receivable Liquidation ( ZRLQ ) event is getting authorised automatically when the linked is LC authorised

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Receivable Liquidation ( ZRLQ ) event is sholud not get authorised automatically when the linked is LC authorised

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Close the LC which has OS receivable contract.
2) Do Receivable contract Liquidation.
3) Authorise the LC closure.
4) Now you can see CSTB_LIQ_EVENTS Also got updates as Authorised

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the ZRLQ entries as the CSTB_LIQ_EVENTS is marked as authorised.
